My change of heart is due to the purchase agreement. Also I was concerned it could have been one of ENT's dud projects but its one of their flagships.
I was worried we were going to pay a million plus and raise another million plus to be heavily diluted.
We got it for 200K and 20Mill shares. Very cheap for land next to SIR with minimal dilution.
