that would only be the case if the company was buying their own stock back. We pray for that day - excess cash for that type of initiative happens at the big end!
In this case, a buyer(s) is organised, it then gets managed by the share registry. This only happens towards the end of the prog when you geta feel for how many parcels have been "bought" and the estimated size of the total block
