    VIPshop were in discussions whilst the price was at all time lows, circa 8c.

    Ward Ferry may have been in discussions at the same time, although I cant confirm that, or they may have made an offer to Ensogo upon hearing of VIPshop taking a position.
    Either way we have 2 entities, one being a billion $ company the other I know nothing about, approaching Ensogo for large stakes.
