IBY had to acquire Living Social to increase its customer/user base. This was probably the quickest way to do that. I cant remember how many customers we scored from acquiring LS, but it was substantial. Vipshop and Ward Ferry obviously thought this was a smart move also.
Looking forward to future announcements. Lets just hope that we can really cash in quickly on the Vipshop synergies, and that it doesn't take months like the roll over to the new Ensogo platform.
