After listing for just a few months the Living Social cap raising was a shocker. Pissed off the top 20 SH, I was not a holder at the time. Thats called treating the shareholders with complete disregard. Looks like Living Social was not worth $15million. I will hold long term as I believe we will see 30cents plus this year or early next.
