Teringie, Can you please explain the goodwill and how it would effect E88. I can read balance sheets and reports but Im no accountant still.

Qwerty, Dont stress about escrow. Its is a factor but think about it, why would they sell now and who are these escrow holders? They don't sell based on shareprice, E88 has had some speed bumps but the potential is enormous as we are massively undervalued. Educated investors do not expect profits so early, this is a long term business as internet shopping sites are here to stay and wont be replaced ever!

'ASX:E88) advises that in connection with the Company’s Initial Public Offer in December 2013, certain shareholders of the Company entered into voluntary escrow agreements. The voluntary escrow agreements provided that the relevant shareholders would be restricted from dealing in their securities for a variable escrow period of between 12 months from the date of issue'

These are not underwriters willing to sell at any price these are backbone, long term shareholders who voluntariliy agreed to escrow. They will not sell now when their are few buyers, they will wait and hold this I am sure. Leading up to the escrow there is a lack of buyers, this will change.

The bargain of the century is E88. I need a 300% rise in share price so im not saying this for a short profit. Thinking about selling my medibank shares to buy more.
