Would investors have rathered a Cap raise? $6.4 million from an investor that is very usefull indeed and likely to buy shares on market is a better outcome imo. E88 did need the capital judging by the report. I do agree with most of the negative comments about management and disclosure issues. If VIP decide to go up to 19.9% interest in E88 then look out!
