To a certain extent this deal looks profitable for VIPShop than Ensogo & current shareholders because of dilution. Instant paper profit is been made by VIPShop from 10.8 cents to 18c.
From today's share price action looks like a pump and dump and selling by small investors who aren't happy. Next week SP action will give us an idea whether this deal is sustainable. There is a potential the SP could go near the VIPShop price if there aren't any buyers.
