Few points I note..

New COO Cooper Mcguire (This guy scaled Zalora into a beast and was interviewed in The Economist where he talks about personaliztion and mobile strategies) Also strong Corporate Financing background potentially setting us up for the big CR in the future which should be at a premium.

New Mobile App!

Best I've seen yet, I encourage holders to download it. Went from 80k Downloads in Jan 2016, to 240k+ the following month. UI is a significantly improvement and with 100x+ the product range we now have enough muscle to acquire users and keep them.

Cost Reductions

Moving forward changing the business model will cut the fat further allowing an extra quarter before having to do another raise. By then one would hope another market turns positive.

All in all, this has been one of my worst investments as I got in at the iBuy float but averaged down in the 6c low. However I still feel this can recover..

If you check out AppAnnie android in some markets we're the top 3 app for shopping (Even beating LAZADA in some cases) the SEA marketplace will have 3-5 big players and their is enough pie for everyone.. It looks probable that Ensogo will be one of the big ones. Time frame? Who knows.. very behind schedule but no worse than an O&G company. The current price I think is fair value but the upside is large should the marketplace move in the right direction.. Good luck holders.
