7 week engineering review? Why wasn't this started much earlier considering it is crucial to the whole project viability. Anytime over the past year since the deal was first formed.
So we are introducing another unknown into the project, the fitness for purpose of the plant.
Sometimes I just shake my head at the basics of management of this company.
