1. at least one month delay in refi ......the implication is that they are hopeful that Grieve increases .....and this can be added to the total borrowing base ......
2. min data on grieve .........flowing lots of water ......which implies it operating at a loss ......
3. the preff shares .......guaranteed to make a nice profit - regardless of the company performance .........nice return - if you can get it ........so, again imho - this has to be gotten rid of BEFORE any self-respecting insto will look at this stock ......
the complete lack of turn-over is a hint .........its cum a cap raise to repay the "expensive debt" ........
