One of the best aspects of it is that there is no tax for the first 5 years starting now. That will enable the company to get back its investment and some extra profits, so long as the POG behaves. The royalty level looks OK too - at least it is a scaling system and not at 5% from the start, which I think is what some west African countries have in place.
The better managed CIL plants are able to do an extra 25% of throughput if they process soft ore (eg RRL), and I suppose that is what EVR is doing.
The only bugbear is the high debt which is why the share price is below $1.
