It would be pretty embarrassing for them if another project failed to pass due diligence.  Then again, it would be career-ending to take the project on and the issues be found out later.  You'd have to think they were a bit more careful before taking the project on after all the time it took to find it... it's really hard to put a probability to something like that, but it's pretty rare for a project to fail DD so it'd be pretty unlucky for it to happen again.

Then again, with the performance so far, toss a coin.
