I maintain that in my opinion, the damage these lawsuits are doing to the image and reputation of Empire Oil & Gas far outweigh any perceived damage to the company from the alleged defamation by Eddie Smith, Darren Watson, Susanne Devereux and whichever other parties have been pursued in "private actions" by the three Directors.
