Well there you have it folks! GERD has been defeated!  No way this would have happened otherwise.  

Great victory for all small shareholders that this take over by stealth has been seen for what it is.  Changed my sentiment to buy.

Taken the following from the Pacific Road Group website, looks to be exceptionally well qualified to get us to the position we need to be with respect to bringing in a partner and is clearly a person who will have great integrity.  GERD attempting to throw mud is just sour grapes from a group that mis represented/had discoverable falsehoods on their CVs, who know's what else they have been up to that's not so easy to find out.....
