The T3 maiden resource (28mt @ 1.24% Cu) was done with 51 diamond drill holes over 10,000m. This resource was used in the T3 scoping study.
The resource upgrade in August 2017 (36mt @ 1.14%) which was used in the PFS included a further 20 diamond drill holes for 7,000m.
The latest upgrade in July (60mt @ 0.98%) included a further 88 holes for 27,000m.
What does this mean?
For any scoping study (which is what needs to occur for acquisition from Metal Tiger) I would say based off the above around 50 holes need to be drilled out depending on depth of resource (anyone have a better idea?). Based on drilling 30m per day and holes of avg 600m depth I think 1 rig drills a hole in 20 days? With about 10 holes done to date and 6 rigs on site we should be able to drill out enough for a maiden resource and scoping study in 4 months – so end of the year.. which may be enough time then to include into a DFS due late March next year for T3 (as an add-on).
I know I’m getting a bit ahead of myself…

I like your thinking but I'd build in a little time to allow for slippage, plus the extra logistical overhead of managing the additional rigs over the larger target area.
My guess would be by the end of Q2 assuming no buyout by then.
