Pie has been buying up from the shorters and cheap sellers...2.6 million added to its holdings from the sub. notice just released ,buying down to 1.60. They've been doing the sensible thing ,buying at these prices.I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't buying the couple of large parcels today.
