Very simple @cricketfan. The lower this fall the higher margin of safety the trade has. That coupled with the fact it is being shorted and is now in a downtrends means it is (IMO!!!!) more-likely-than-not to go lower in the short-term than it is to go higher.

Ah, but you ask, "why not sell some shares if you are so convinced it is going lower?". Few reasons for that, probability is no guarantee, and I wouldn't want to be caught with my pants down if the market decided it was time to reverse that trend before it hit my target, and I've already got enough of a capital gains problem this year without crystallising more gains.

If it doesn't get to $1.40, no problems, I've got a decent enough parcel, but if someone feels like selling me shares down there it would be rude to say no!!!!!
