If you do sell fbotha would be best to be mentally prepared when and if they announce a European contract and your not holding. I went into a float , Estia , at $5,75 and shortly after it was trading at $4.50. In hindsight it was a unique buying opportunity as it's trading close to $7 now. I still hold my original position.
Sometimes it best just to put some gaffa tape on your computer screen to block out the RED or just turn the computer off , sit on your holding have a coffee and relax.
