You're overthinking it. All they've said is words like: 'significant traction' - 'launch with a leading brand'. That tells us that leading brands are interested, maybe one more than others, and negotiations, and development of the process, are taking place. Even that might be reading too much into it, IMO, but they're giving us a picture of what they expect to come.
