Just having a look but I think they need to do a 3B to issue the shares for the purchase.So if say that they will issue a further 28 million shares to institutions and 24.9 million to vendors.So this will give a market cap of $100 million for a .NPAT of $2-3 million combined FY15.So market looking down track
