I am still trying to work out if CCE are working a scam on shareholders, or if they were scammed by EMC.
Either way I think the directors of CCE are liable to a class action for misrepresentation, failure to perform due diligence, or a combination of both. I certainly cannot see how the recent debacle can be construed as acting in the best interest of shareholders, which diretors have a legal duty to do.
