Maybe a few smarty's have an idea the Hikvision alliance alone may be a game changer, let alone the massive contract pipeline opportunity presenting ELS. Still could prove to be cheap entry with this disruptive technology and with the share structure allowing for rapid appreciation upon release of news we may be still be just leaving the station.
