Just found this article. ELS announced they won the Israeli Tender in August, where they will be the exclusive supplier to the Police and government for the next 4 years. This article came out when the tender was issued.

Israel Police to Purchase Thousands of Body and Vehicle Cameras

Following a one-year trial period, during which all the aspects related to the use of body cameras were examined, while studying the use of cameras in police forces around the world, the Israel Police issues a tender today (Thursday) for the purchase of 8000 body and vehicle cameras. The estimated cost of the project is NIS 60 million (USD 17 million).

The Minister of Public Security Gilad Erdan and Police Commissioner Roni Alsheich have considered this project a high priority and diverted significant resources to this end. The aim of the project to improve the connection between citizens and police officers and to increase the transparency of all police activity.

Upon completion of the process, police units will use 4000 body cameras each year in 2018 and 2019.

This could be the sort of revenue from the Police department alone! Not including fire, prison and other arms of security and government.
