Agree Tat... ELK management are like home handymen who never finish one project before moving on to the next.... what on earth does their strategic plan outside of motherhood statements really look like??? They just seem to go which way the wind blows on these things and then come back for another dip from the suffering shareholders. If this one comes good it will be all power to those who jump in at the right time because clearly the right time hasn't been the last 5 years for this pig of a thing.
