re: Ann: ELK commits to the Staged Developmen... Maybe the seller of those 270k shares might be happy in hindsight, as if they tried to sell the same parcel now, the average would be around 16.5c.

And even if the buyer did have privileged information, it hasn't done them much good right now, as they would be underwater if they also sold them on the market presently.

FWIW my sentiment with this stock is similar to Hectobar's - however i do hold out hope the agonising wait may come to fruition sometime soon. Not holding my breath though!
