If the US farm act gets approved by the house in a month or so, EXL will be trading significantly above these levels IMO
speaking to CEO things like banking, finance, transport, especially advertising all become far more effective with fedral legislation in place - and branding will be a key driver of value. EXL already significantly placed state by state so fedral legislation will accelerate value creation.
I just wish they would back of MC and focus exclusively on hemp !
