EXL are playing with their strengths starting MC here. CBD is classified as a medicine in Australia. All it does is allow them to grow and manufacture Cbd (and hopefully thc) to the broader market here. Smart in my opinion ... and again there is no $30 million investment currently on the cards. Maybe an expansion in the future when recreational gets passed. You can bet EXL will have a slice of that monster when it happens.
