They should play to their strengths in the growing global Hemp market, with a CBD focus.

They should be expanding into new European territories, and perhaps striking some JV's in North America, and potentially South America.

Personally I wouldn't waste $20 or $30 million on developing farms and labs and production facilities for medical cannabis in Australia, the market will be small and take a long time to mature, and how will they compete with the huge global likes of Canopy/Auscann, and Aurora/Cann Group, they literally have no chance of competing with these global giants who are years ahead. I'd hate to see them waste all that money, and will determine my investment going forward based on how much company money/profit and time they intend to put into medical cannabis in Australia.

Even the large medical cannabis companies are buying up Hemp companies in territories like Europe, Canada, USA and South America.

TGOD recently purchased Hemp Poland for a total consideration of about $30 million. The global CBD market is growing substantially. Elixinol should play to their strengths. It will be very interesting to hear at the AGM what the management thinking is with regard to expending monies on developing medical cannabis in Australia. It should be an interesting meeting.
