I agree I can't see how raising fundings quickly and at a fair price destroys the confidence from S/H's ...
....everything thats been happening of late only makes me want to buy more shares ....
yes how the mgmt allowed ELM to go through such a time wasteful T/O effort from Dingyi was a kick to confidence (as we seen in the SP dive )
but this new direction is much better ....and I think we will surpass the Dingyi T/O offer before long>>
