wouldnt be surprised if Dingyi is the source (via broker).
Would need to offload their "Dingyi" stake into Golden, also wouldnt be surprised if Dingyi takes back the $10m loan (so no conversion will happen in the 14 days since notice)as what would be the point? - not allowed by HKSE to do anything beyond hold the stock in the Dingyi entity - but they want to own it!. Somehow they need to arrange all prospective transactions through their new back door "Golden" entity...and anything they pick up under 25c is a bargain compared to former offer of 66c...again, price suppression is to their advantage as they 1) transfer stock b/w entities, 2) Look to maybe re-negotiate offer price through "Golden"...
Here's to hoping they do. And lets hope their "silly" advisors (come on Norton Rose) get it right about reverse takeovers and "Golden"...any1 know anything about this "Golden" theyve been buying stock through lately?
