You can see it all if you take a step back and look. Big equity firm wanting to put in $50 mill US into elm with a product that's not sexy at the minute. Dinghy trying to scupper it with a 30c offer testing the metal of this elm plan and direction. Elm not even looking at there proposal. The "sophisticated invester" just paid 4 million for shares at 20c being one of south Africa's biggest equity fund managers with over 40 billion under management.............helloooooo we have a new player just sat down at the blackjack table. Take a step back Jack and look at the picture the Chinese have nothing and will have to pay up if they wanted this and even then unless it's an offer too good to refuse I still don't think the team will let it go.
