First of all Sino has lots of upside with new mines coming online with associated resource/profit upgrades along the way without Eldorado.
Secondly, i don't want Eldorado shares.
Thirdly, the offer price, are they kidding themselves? Try $10+ easy. Gold hasn't even taken off yet.
