No reason so far. Peter would be coming up with an announcement and a new prospectus so we should hear something in the next day or two. Some great bargains picked up today. Always happens when cash is low. Will stabilize and firm up in a day or two. Would be great to stay around 3.6. If I know Peter he wont be happy and will want answers. Something smells fishy. could be some cash exchange in the background here. Will be interesting to see if Peter contests the decision.
