    I have not read the report in full but would assume they have detailed the RAD liability going forward on the current projection of 30% on new residents taking up the RAD option. Given the average stay of a resident is 2 years and in 2015 RAD's were 85% and and 2016 RAD"s were 76% I think we have a massive RAD funding gap coming up.
