Yep the margins will be absolutely eye watering early on in the piece, which is another aspect that will likely help the share price move in anticipation of the first few quarters of reported profits.  As has been eluded to previously, as well as in an interview if memory serves regarding supply/demand, Fred loves a bidding war.  The companies who are lucky enough to be first in providing consumer level products will:

a) understandably charge handsomely for them, and

b) be seen as audio wizards.
