No I don't think so.If it works, the value is purely what the highest bidder will pay.
Since this will be the new way sound is produced in all phones, watch's, computers, car's, TV's etc etc.
And make obsolete quite a few products as well.
Once proven then Fred will simply sell to whom bids the most, which most likely will be Apple.
Whoever controls this will control all these electronics markets and dominate them.
The markets are worth trillions of dollars.
If say we have a finalised proven chip in Mid to late 2019, proven in mass production and cost and into applications.
Then with that fully product Fred has something of maximum value to auction off.
That negotiation would conclude sometime in 2020.
The buy out value for the company would by then be around the 50 Billion mark.
We are then talking about a share price of around 100 times current value.
So over $2,000 per share.
Whatever that top dollar is, I would expect it to be realised in 2020.
