Sure, it reads as though they are closer and we have all read the same in previous years. What I do understand is that they are continuously going around in a development cycle. So even these new positive developments may require another step back within this cycle to ensure the full improvements have been captured and achieved in the final product. i.e both setbacks and breakthroughs can cause delays and produce additional unforeseen barriers that require resolution.
