The JV relates to part of the EFS. It is not clearly set out on pg 15 but it was made clear that the new lease area is in JV with the adjacent TXN land. For eg the new lease at the base of the diagram is or will shortly be in JV with the two TXN parcels. Indications were that it was one Party that they were in JV with. Txn is sharing 1500 - 1600 acres with the JV and getting a similar extra amount of which they hold 50% of the 3000 - 3200 acres.
