    What a mess. Poor due diligence done on Couran Cove deal. Could see them losing cash on buying the 29 units. Basic number crunching would have shown them that.

    When and if it ever trades, 1-2c will be the price. It’s not worth $19 mil that’s for sure and with the guys that are running it .001-002 is more likely.
