Recently someone emailed the GDOT to ask if Edencrete was definitely going to be used in the Twiggs County project. The response was that the contractor hadn't yet submitted a concrete mix. That's the problem. The sales are likely coming, but neither the GDOT nor Eden know when the contractors will submit the mix or order materials. Maybe they don't know the work schedule either.
