EXERCISE OF EDEN INNOVATIONS LTD OPTIONS (“EDEO”)

Tasman through its wholly owned subsidiary, Noble Energy Pty Ltd (“Noble”), has exercised 60,000,000 EDEO options (being a portion of its previous holding of 73,856,779 EDEO options) at a cost of $1,800,000. This exercise increased its shareholding in Eden Innovations Ltd (“Eden”) to 580,698,298 fully paid shares, representing 40.22% of the total issued capital of Eden. Noble still holds 13,856,779 EDEO options. EDEO options are exercisable at 3 cents each and expire on 30 September 2018. Following this exercise, Tasman has a current cash balance of approximately $302,000. Tasman is currently finalising and intends announcing later this week, a pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue to Tasman shareholders to raise further funds.
