They did a small amount and evaluated it. Now they are deciding whether or not to add it to the 4000cu yards needed to complete the project @0.25 gal.cu yard
No doubt Rolling will tell us that at 0.25gal/cu yard any increase in compressive strength is just not compelling enough for him to use it.
Fact is though, compressive strength at 0.25gal/cu yard isn't the reason they want to use it. Its the other properties that make it compelling.
