If it is virtually the exact same product, yet double the CNT's and other diversification mixture, would it need a whole new ASTM testing?

I reckon they have done the EHC to do away with the original E, eventually the original recipe will be replaced. As we know the 4 g/cy is never going to be on the table, test papers, enginneers and other field testing suggest it is not needed (quantity). A max of 2 g/cy is more than enough by all accounts. I reckon the chemists/board and employees have just decided why not make the reference of 2g c/y just 1g (by doubling concentration) as the standard and then divide for other fractions (1/4 1/2 and maybe 3/4). Less chance of error when mixing at the concrete depot.
