    Hi Zonnald,

The history of EdenCrete is not all about successes, nobody is questioning this fact. Just one look at the current SP will tell you that.

I personally like to weigh up the major positives against the major negatives when I consider buying, holding or selling a stock. I will let you decide how you feel the current EDE and EdenCrete positive/negative correlation stacks up.

In answer to your three questions (which I only consider to be only minor bumps in the road):

Valley is still on the table and I wouldn't rule out a resumption of orders this year. Valley's problems were not due to a failure by EdenCrete. It should be noted that Valley is trying to use as little EdenCrete as possible in order to increase their production and thus delivery capacity (this is a walk on a tight rope). I would refer you to the following honest statement by GS in EDE's recent half-yearly report regarding Valley:

TEXAS:As reported in the Eden’s September 2018 QuarterActivities Report, sales of EdenCrete® in Texas wereimpacted by two events. Firstly, Texas received a greatdeal of rain this year and this has slowed concreteproduction and consumption generally.Secondly, the precast contractor in Texas usingEdenCrete® experienced technical issues with thelow-cementitious content summer mix (using a totalof 700lbs cementitious material) and this resulted inthe suspension of the day to day usage of EdenCrete®.During the quarter alternative 750 lbs. of cementitiousmaterial mixes were developed to overcome this issue, and performed satisfactorily, but had not been used. Thisremains the case today.Eden is however still undertaking a test program with theprecast contractor to develop improved mix designs, andremains hopeful that it will be successful and that thecontractor will again start using EdenCrete® in its precastbeams.

The water park was always a long shot, as there were a lot of funding as well as ownership issues etc. (probably should never have been reported on by GS in the first place). This job might just have been a bit too early for EdenCrete anyway with regard to testing, approval etc. Amusement parks are very risky at the best of times, as well as having major potential litigation issues, particularly in the US.

The first European sale was just that. It was a small "one-off" for a specific project and therefore not unusual. I don't recall GS saying at the time that he was definitely expecting a repeat order. Having said this, Europe is currently very much waking up to all things "nano" in a big way, which will of course include EDE with EdenCrete, EdenPlast etc. In addition, there is a major move towards companies who produce products that are "climate positive". This thus puts EDE in the box seat. See the followiing example:

    Best regards,

    Mark
