Just as a beside, I was invested in SFI (Spookfish) had a great invention/product, got a major customer (Eagleview) , but SP fell and fell and then the T/O from the customer came at a low ball average and the directors who had options recommended it. Now there was a nasty contract that was signed with the customer, but the customer needed it more than SFI did.

Sitting in the wings will be Bayer, BASF, Dow etc etc waiting for the acceleration of adoption, in the meantime none of the big boys want the SP to go up before they come in with a low ball offer. The only thing stopping this is the holding by TAS, (and they will be on a substantial loss with some of their holdings) if they sell EDE is gone to the highest bidder.

No you say? what would the SH do if someone offered then 2x current SP? (which is only ~$160M to the bidder....chicken feed), remember that Bayer spent $1B euro..... How about 4 times the current SP? 20c.($320M....chicken feed) ... getting up there isn't it.....tempting isn't it....
