Yes, I also think that because they pulled out of 2 so-called JV's there is some risk attached and yes they could walk away again....without penalty.
If this does however pan out and all works according to plan the sp will get away from us really quickly. We have not lost much at all and have heaps to gain. Our tenements are still 100% ours.
