I'm wondering whether it's HRL that misunderstood the terms of conditions not EDC. Unless there were conditions for release of the $1mill I don't really, in hindsight, understand why it was put into escrow in the first place.

I would prefer that it is HRL who misunderstood because as you say, if watertight, then how can you trust EDC going forward to deliver on its promises?
