The reason for the current SP is because the market is still waiting for NMDC approval.
They have had a couple of Board meetings but no approval.
The mid march meeting will be the final decider - RCA frozen now there is no excuse.
Mr Market is still cautious.

PS It has been a rigorous process but we have to remember we are not dealing with a private companies but 2 massive government PSU's in India - 1 is one of India's largest lignite miner and the other India's largest Iron ore producer. This is the perfect fit to take Coldry and Matmor technologies to Industrialisation.
