They bet to hurry up things because right now the India and Pakistan tensions are getting heated right up. Some body said they bet to get this deal done before potential minister changes and things like that become issues.
So the India Pakistan tension would also be a serious issue to i think. Some one sold a lot yesterday and that could be why.
So of cause ECT are better off moving as faster as possible now.
